On 16 April, the vibrant and interactive English lunchtime activities, which were designed to help students explore their life goals, turned career aspirations into unforgettable games. The event reflected our school’s commitment to nurturing students with positive thinking and a healthy lifestyle.
By engaging in meaningful challenges, such as self-introduction and job-matching games, students expanded their vocabulary of job titles and began thinking seriously about their future paths in a fun and supportive environment. After reading a short biography of Sir Charles Kao, the “Father of Fiber Optics,” students realized that scientific and technical innovation could change the world and improve the quality of life. Students later tossed beanbags towards targets representing different career obstacles, symbolizing their determination to achieve their ambitions and create breakthroughs.
Beyond the rewards, students discussed their dream jobs among peers and encouraged one another to reach for their life goals.
