Global Week II, conducted from December 16th to 19th as a continuation of the previous event held in November, sought to further cultivate students’ awareness of global perspectives. The event buzzed with excitement as students dove into a variety of interactive game booths, each offering a taste of the rich tapestry of cultures from around the globe. A standout moment of the week was the unprecedented English comedy show featuring the talented Mr. Vivek Mahbubani, a renowned local Indian comedian. He graced the school with his presence, sharing his life lessons and insights on the importance of understanding and respecting diverse cultures. With his magnetic presence and side-splitting humor, he effortlessly captured the essence of a global outlook. His entertaining tales of navigating life as a foreigner in Hong Kong not only brought laughter but also inspired a deeper appreciation for the vibrant diversity of our global community.
