報名手續：
1. 由7/7/2025起，申請人可到本校校務處索取中一入學申請表或在本校網頁下載。
2. 申請學生可於8/7-11/7/2025在下列辦公時間內：
- 上午8:30 至 下午12:30
- 下午2:00 至 下午4:30
聯同家長或監護人，將下列有關文件交回本校並進行面試：
• 本校中一入學申請表格
• 教育局派位證副本
• 申請人小學五年級及六年級成績表副本
• 身份證明文件副本
• 其他校外活動證明文件或學習經歷的副本
• 一張學生相
3.取錄結果
會盡快以電話通知取錄結果。
4.個人資料收集聲明
家長遞交的資料屬於個人私隱，校方不會利用相關資料於中學學位分配申請以外的任何用途。任何人士在未經校長授權下，均不可閱覽及向他人披露相關資料。校方會妥善保存以上資料至入學程序完成後銷毀。
Secondary One Admission Application Guidelines (For September 2025 Enrollment)
Eligibility: Students currently in Primary Six for the 2024-2025 school year.
Application Procedures:
- Starting from July 7, 2025, applicants can obtain the Secondary One admission application form from the school office or download it from the school website.
- Applicants should submit the following documents in person, accompanied by a parent or guardian, during office hours from July 8 to July 11, 2025:
- 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
- Completed Secondary One admission application form
- Copy of the Education Bureau placement notice
- Copies of Primary Five and Six report cards
- Copy of identification documents
- Copies of certificates for extracurricular activities or learning experiences
- One student photo
- Admission Results:
Results will be communicated over the phone as soon as possible.
- Personal Data Collection Statement:
The information submitted by parents is private and will not be used for any purposes other than the Secondary School placement application. No one is allowed to view or disclose this information without the principal’s authorization. The school will securely store the information until the enrollment process is completed, after which it will be destroyed.
