一月十五日, 視藝科老師帶同二十位中二及中三同學, 前往香港藝術中心, 參觀一個以[旗艦展]為主題的藝術展覽, 活動中安排了Bea小姐為我們作英語導賞, 介紹展覽館內來自五個地域的藝術家作品,包括:中國、日本、韓國、臺灣及香港。

透過活動, 能讓同學們藉著作品中均呈現不同藝術家對不同地域的文化、歷史、政治和價值觀的磨合與差異, 有了更多的暸解。

20 students from S2 and S3, in the company of their visual arts teachers, visited the flagship exhibition at the Hong Kong Arts Centre on 15 January.  The theme of the exhibition is ‘Familiar otherness: Art Across Northeast Asia’ and all the exhibits are from Northeast Asia (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and North Korea).  Both students and teachers enjoyed the guided tour in English by Ms Bea.

From the visit, students can gain a deeper understanding of how the art pieces transcend the current socio-political differences of the region, and trace back the similar histories and traditions of these countries.
