為提供多元學習機會，修讀應用學習課程「西式食品製作」的同學在本校上課時有機會參加「急救實務及配音入門」校本課程，內容包括急救常識、多種包紮方式、粵語正音咬字練習及YouTube短片試配等。

音樂科宗旨:

在學習音樂的過程中，學生運用創造力、演奏技巧及聆聽能力，把音樂的特質和其中蘊含的感情表達出來。本校音樂曾舉辦不同的音樂活動，如參觀音樂表演場地、音樂會、參與校外音樂比賽及校內課外活動。另外，本校以拓展學生多元的視野為首，以及培養對音樂的終身興趣。

課程分配：

初中音樂科

-          提供連貫的發展給中一至中三的同學。
-          透過聆聽、演奏(歌唱及樂器演奏)及創作的綜合活動，培養創意及想像力、培養評賞音樂的能力、發展音樂技能與過程、和認識音樂的情境。
-          提供一個靈活的教學內容框架，列出精簡的學習重點，並為每個重點建議適切的音樂活動例子。

本校體育科教學內容多元化，除了基本的四類八項體育活動外，還於高中增添不少非傳統活動項目例如壘球、彈網、足毽、網球等。今年1月份更由丁兆鐘老師(體育科及龍獅隊負責老師)於中六級課節教導龍獅運動，此項運動不但是充滿中國文化的龍獅運動，更是本校其中一個體育校隊強項。是次活動過程中，學生不但增加了對龍獅運動的了解身敲擊獅鼓、舞動獅頭、扮演獅尾等。課堂完結前，學生更成功在鼓聲節奏下，展示4-5個串連動作的套路。活動相片中，學生及老師們的笑容都充滿成功的喜悅。

What a wonderful performance by our English Performance Club members as the guests MCs for this year's school Winter Concert. Of course, the special guest this year is Santa Claus, who came all the way from the North Pole. Santa presented students with gifts as he brightens up their mood just before the winter holidays. Our English department is proud to present a very exciting week of cross-curricular reading festival. This week featured a book exhibition, English vocabulary posters, online quiz competitions, and theme-based readings. We also gave away many prizes to the top performing students in the week!
