為使學生打好學習基礎，提升自學的動力，培養積極求學的態度，學校設立全科/專科免費課後補習計劃，針對同學在學習上遇上困難，或未能得到適當的家庭支援，久而久之便會失去學習動力，故聘請多位大專生擔任補習導師，協助不同程度的同學配對小組，讓補習老師可更聚焦同學不同的進度作針對式教學，重新打好他們的學習根基或解決特定學科上的難題。自計劃推行以來，同學反應積極，平均每年有超過40個小組，受惠學生近百人。

After School Tutorial Scheme

In order to help students build a solid foundation for learning, improve their motivation for self-regulated learning and cultivate an active learning attitude, the school has launched a free after-school tutorial scheme. The aims of the scheme are to help students with learning difficulties and assist students who do not get enough family support. The school has hired a number of college students to serve as tutors while teachers have helped students of different levels to form tutorial groups. This enables tutors to instruct students with similar abilities and learning progress, thus reinforces students’ learning foundation and solves their problems on specific subjects. Since the implementation of the scheme, students have responded positively, with an average of more than 40 groups each year, benefiting nearly 100 students.
