This year’s choral speaking competition was filled with energy and enthusiasm from both the crowd and the contestants. The competition was quite intense as students displayed their confidence in presenting the story behind their poems. However, the result was one-sided as Class 1B took home almost all the awards with their near-flawless performance of their poem “The Life of a Cupcake.”

Times flies! Our four loveable student-teachers, Ms. Cui, Ms. Leung, Ms. Lin and Ms. Wong, will be finishing their field practice at our school this month. We would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication during their time here. Our teachers and students would wish them all the best in their future as new teachers. Good luck and may our paths cross once again in the near future!

Happy Halloween! Our English Ambassadors are working around the clock to decorate the ERC with creepy Halloween figures, flags and masks. They have also posted up pictures of students’ favourite horror movie characters! The list includes Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees and Pennywise the clown! The ERC is now spookier than ever with all these decorations just in time to celebrate this year’s Halloween!
Under the sponsorship of the Project WeCan, the presentation and dissemination of the post-study tour was held in the Chinese University of Hong Kong in late September, 2018 with the other two participating schools. Here is the detailed recount of the entire morning of that day for sake of understanding what our school learners did throughout the presentation.
